McGuffin became a Head Tennis Pro at the Yakima Tennis Club and coached tennis for six years before eventually being introduced to Pickleball. Though he initially struggled with the game, he was determined to be successful.

With determination and Tennis experience McGuffin took to the sport quickly and turned pro within just six months of playing. His success in the sport was immediate, he played his first USAPA Nationals tournament winning Silver in Men’s Pro Singles his first year turning pro. Tyson has been top five in the world in all three events for the last four years.

When Tyson isn’t playing in tournaments, you can find him doing one of two things.
