TM Camps Cancellation Policy

While rare, TM Camps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp under the following circumstances:

  1. Minimum Enrollment: If a camp does not reach the required minimum of 16 campers per day, the camp may be cancelled. Notice of cancellation will be sent via email at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp. In this situation, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer registration to another camp.

  1. Coach or Staff Availability: In the unlikely event that a key coach, including Tyson McGuffin, is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen obligations, TM Camps will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement coach. If a replacement cannot be secured, affected campers will be offered a full refund or credit.

  2. Venue or Location Issues: If the host facility becomes unavailable (e.g., due to closures, maintenance, or emergencies), TM Camps will attempt to secure an alternate facility. If relocation is not possible, a full refund or credit will be provided.

TM Camps is not responsible for campers’ personal travel expenses (airfare, lodging, transportation) in the event of a camp cancellation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
