At TM Camps, we know that life happens—travel plans change, injuries occur, and schedules shift. We strive to be as fair and flexible as possible while also respecting the commitment of our staff, venues, and other campers. Please carefully review the following refund policy before registering for a camp.

Camper-Initiated Cancellations

• 30+ days notice (before camp start date): Eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee or a 100% credit toward a future TM Camp of your choice.
• 15–30 days notice: Eligible for a 75% refund or a 100% credit toward a future TM Camp.
• 8–14 days notice: No refund is available; however, you will receive a 50% credit toward a future TM Camp.
• 0–7 days notice: Cancellations made within the final week before camp are not eligible for refunds or credits.

All credits must be applied to a future camp within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless prior approval is granted by TM Camps management.

Medical Exceptions

If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from attending camp, please provide a doctor’s note. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review medical-related cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial credit toward a future camp.

No-Show Policy

Campers who fail to attend without prior written cancellation will forfeit all registration fees.
