Day 2 is where you refine, rebuild, and elevate your technique with a full breakdown of the most important soft-game and power-game skills in modern pickleball.

4 Days of High Performance Training • 4.5+ Players Only

The McGuffin Signature Academy is our most advanced training experience.

This four-day high-performance academy is built for committed 4.5+ players who want deeper coaching, structured development, and real competitive training.

With personalized coaching notes and an MLP-style team tournament, this is where serious players train with intention.

You’ll spend 20 hours on court working through the patterns, decisions, and competitive scenarios that define high-level pickleball.

This isn’t a casual clinic. It’s a structured training environment designed to sharpen patterns, improve decision-making, and build a stronger competitive identity on court.

You will receive:

  1. A one hour pre-camp Zoom with Q&A led by coaches
  2. Three days of on-court training (six hours per day)
  3. Personal post-camp notes from the coaching staff
  4. Three lunches and two dinners with the coaches (food included)
  5. A paddle and bag
  6. Camp notes to continue training after you leave

Day two focuses on the most important phase of every rally: the first six shots.

Players will learn how to build points from the serve and return, control transitions, and create offensive opportunities early in the rally.

Training includes:

  • Serve and return strategy
  • 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th ball development
  • Drives and groundstrokes
  • Drops and transition play
  • Swing/crash patterns
  • Baseline offense and defense
  • Transition offense and defense

day 03.

Finding your identity

Day three focuses on applying the skills developed earlier in the academy through competitive scenarios and live play.

This is where players begin to recognize their patterns, strengths, and tactical preferences under pressure.

Training includes:

  • Pressure scenarios through drills and competitive games
  • Skinny singles
  • Play with the pro
  • Doubles strategy and tactics
  • Mental toughness training
  • 2 vs 1 competitive drills

competitive integration

The final day is all about bringing everything together in a competitive environment.

Players apply the patterns, strategies, and decision-making developed throughout the academy in structured match play designed to simulate real tournament conditions.

The focus is on execution, pressure management, and building confidence in your game.

Training includes:

  • Structured match play
  • MLP-style team tournament
  • Play with the pro
  • Live coaching and tactical adjustments during play
  • Strategic discussions on shot selection, positioning, and point construction

This final day allows players to test their improvements, compete in a high-energy environment, and leave with a clearer understanding of how their game performs under pressure.

Refund Policy

In the event a camper cancels his/her registration for any reason, the refunds are:

  • 30+ days notice: 90% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp.
  • 15-30 days notice: 75% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp.
  • 8-14 days notice: 0% refund or 50% credit towards a future camp.
  • 0-8 days notice: o% refund and 0% credit towards a future camp.

PHOTO RELEASE

I hereby grant full permission and a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, and approval free right and license to TM Pickleball LLC and its designees, licensees, and assigns to; (i) film, record and/or photograph me while I am at the facility where the Activity occurs and/or while I am participating in and/or observing the Activity (collectively “Recordings”); and (ii) use, publish, post, and/or broadcast all and/or parts of such Recordings either alone and/or in combination with other recordings for any legitimate purpose (including but not limited to commercial advertising, marketing, and promotion) in all forms of media.

TM CAMPS CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a camp does not reach the required minimum of 16 campers per day, the camp may be cancelled. Notice of cancellation will be given via email 14 days prior to the first day of camp.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In the event of rain or snow, TM Camps will do everything possible to find an alternate (indoor) location or adjust camp hours to make up for missed camp time. Please ensure that your schedule is flexible on the day(s) you are scheduled to come for camp. If hours are adjusted due to weather, the future credit policy will still apply to the new camp hours whether your personal schedule allows you to attend or not. Note: If the schedule is adjusted and all six on-court hours are provided, but at a new scheduled time, no future credits are given. If not all on-court hours are met, credit will be offered toward a future TM Camp. TM Camps does not offer refunds in the case of inclement weather or a camper’s prior commitments that does not allow the camper to attend adjusted camp hours.
